“The School's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue is based on a strong financial position in which pupil numbers are healthy and are forecast to remain so, rigorous controls around operating costs leaving the School with an acceptable level of surplus that can continue to be reinvested in capital projects, and an improving reserves position to build resilience in accordance with its Strategic Reserves Policy.”
