“The Directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and that there is commitment of the ultimate parent to growing the business profitably within the UK... the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of 12 months from the approval of these financial statements.
