The directors have reviewed the resources of Altrad Investment Authority SAS and have concluded that there is sufficient scope and headroom in its resources to adequately support RMD Kwikform Limited over the next 12 months. This has enabled RMD Kwikform Limited continued adoption of the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
