“In recognising the continued economic challenges, the Directors have carefully assessed the impact on the business across the key areas as outlined above. Our liquidity position remains robust and to date has improved further in FY2025-26. On the basis of these considerations, the continued strong trading performance of the Group and having regard to the financial and working capital forecasts (including downside scenario assessment), the Directors have concluded that there are no going concern issues and it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on this basis.”
