  Material uncertainty over going concern

  Given the Company's position and the restructuring of the VolkerStevin business into VolkerStevin Infrastructure Limited, the Directors do not intend to acquire a replacement trade and the intention is for the business to be liquidated following the signing of the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 and once all contractual and statutory obligations have been satisfied. The Directors have prepared the financial statements on a basis other than going concern basis. No adjustments were required as a result of the accounts being prepared on a basis other than going concern. The effect of this is explained in note 2.3.
