- “2024 has seen changes throughout the business. In the shops the rebranding continues, and customers are loving the new fresher look. In the bakery we have continued to invest in equipment to ensure we can continue to offer the highest quality of products. As a major change to our trading, we now trade 7 days a week in many stores, and Sunday trading is attracting many customers new to the brand. In addition, having established a Green Team we were very proud at the end of the year to publish our first Birds Pledge, setting out our objectives around the five pillars we are focussing on: our people, energy efficiency, food surplus, our suppliers and our community.”
