“The directors have prepared the accounts on a going concern basis for the following reasons. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements (the going concern assessment period) which indicate that, in both a base case and downside scenario, the Company has sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. Subsequent to the sale of Barton Quarter Phase II, the attention of the directors will turn to the remaining assets under management to evaluate how to achieve "Best Value" and during what timeframe. These remaining assets include: The properties, site and the Company's interest in a culvert pipe, at Chilwell. The site and property at Huntingdon Street which is still subject to an existing sales agreement and an ongoing dispute with Nottingham City Council. The heritage vehicles (along with any archive materials/records). Therefore, although the directors will look to distribute some of the proceeds from the sale of Phase II in the form of dividends to existing shareholders, they will also intend to retain some cash reserves to continue to be a going concern into the future while progressing the listed items above.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
