- Affirmed
“Notwithstanding the net current liabilities position of £4.4m (2023 net current asset position of £0.1m) the directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis. The directors have prepared detailed forecasts and by reference to those forecasts consider that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the 12 months from approval of these financial statements.”

- “We have closed an under-performing branch to take our portfolio down from 11 to 10.”
- “We have reduced our headcount by 55 from a high in the summer of 2023.”
- “We have undertaken a bank refinancing to stabilise and bolster our working capital. This completed in very early 2025.”
- “The lowering of the nil rate threshold to £5,000 and subsequent increase in employers' national insurance contributions rate from 13.8% to 15%, effective from April 2025, will result in a heavier tax burden of approx. £0.5m per annum.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
