- “In July 2024 the Board took the decision to sell the Hillcroft site due to the rising costs of the proposed development and the difficulties in obtaining planning permission. From July 2025 the College has ceased to offer provision from there. However, the College is still committed to developing Women's Education provision from its Richmond site.”
