- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “In January 2021, the FCA Group merged with the Peugeot SA group, which includes Vauxhall/Opel, and the combined entity was renamed Stellantis. This merger created one of the largest car manufacturers in the world and has already begun to deliver synergies, savings, and efficiencies, enhancing the competitiveness of the entire group. In April 2025, the company was renamed as Stellantis UK Limited, marking the initial phase of a merger with other entities from the former Peugeot SA group.”
- “The Company is named as one of the defendants in respect of claims by multiple claimants related to alleged emissions non-compliance of certain FCA diesel vehicles. A letter before action was served by a law firm representing the claimants on 1 April 2021, with a letter of response being provided on 11 August 2021. On 18 December 2023, a Group Litigation Order (GLO) was granted by the High Court (England and Wales) in respect of these claims.”
- “The Virgin Media Ltd v NTL Pension Trustee II court case was decided by the High Court on 16 June 2023. It considered the implications of section 37 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993. As per section 37 rules of contracted- out schemes demand that certain requirements are met before any scheme alterations can be made that impact the benefits of the members. An appeal in this case was heard and the original ruling was upheld on 25 July 2024.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
