Material uncertainty over going concern
As a result, the lack of the current directors' visibility of the future capital structure in the event of a change in ownership may indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. However, based on the Company's current performance, cash flows, the strategic role that it plays in the wider Sol and Parkland Group, and the support received from Parkland Corporation, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis of accounting continues to be adopted in preparing these financial statements.

Significant events
- “On 30 June 2023, the Company's Board of Directors approved a plan to close its aviation business in Puerto Rico effective 30 September 2023. A careful evaluation of the aviation business operations and results was completed; however, due to the significant losses on the prior and current year, the uncompetitive supply and the high operational costs, a decision was made to close the business subject to contractual termination notice periods.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
