“The Board has assessed the organisations viability and have reasonable expectation of being able to continue the operation for the foreseeable future. The Board's focus following Covid-19 is to place a stronger emphasis on liquidity and solvency and ensuring that the Association has adequate resources to continue in operation, meet it liabilities as they fall due, and retain sufficient available cash across all two years without breaching any loan covenant.”
