“The directors consequently believe that the company is well placed to manage its financing and has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the signing date of these financial statements. Thus it continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
