- Going concern
- Affirmed
“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue operations for at least twelve months from the date the financial statements are signed. For this reason, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the accounts.”
Significant events
- “On a more sombre note, the Association sadly suffered the passing of Paul Knight in December. Paul joined Thomas Miller in 2003 after having served in the Royal Navy for six years, including two and a half years as a Submariner. He moved to the War Risks Associations in 2020, as Club Manager for both UK War Risks Association and the Hellenic War Risks Association. Undoubtedly, Paul's contribution to Thomas Miller and the War Associations was significant.”
- “At the 2025 renewal we are pleased to advise that the reduced limit for vessels calling to Russia or Ukraine has been increased to US$150m and the removal of the aggregate of three vessels in the region at any one time.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
