“Nestlé S.A., the parent company of Nestlé Purina UK Manufacturing Operations Ltd, has provided the Company with an undertaking that for twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements (until 28 March 2026), it will continue to provide financial and other support to enable the Company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors, having assessed the responses of the directors of the ultimate parent, Nestlé S.A. to their enquires, have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern or its ability to continue with the current banking arrangements until 28 March 2026.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
