“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position, are set out in the Strategic Report. The Directors' Report outlines the future developments of the company and its exposures to price risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and interest rate and cash flow risk. The company has considered its future performance through detailed forecasting and scenario analysis of potential adverse impacts. Although the company does not hold significant cash balances in its own name, it participates in a group-wide cash pooling arrangement. This provides the company with access to the group's centralised cash resources, enabling it to meet its liquidity requirements as they fall due. The company therefore has access to considerable financial resources. As a consequence, the directors believe that the company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
