“Based upon this the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue to operate as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date the audited financial statements are authorised. In reaching their conclusion, the Directors have noted that the Company has considerable financial resources with little to no liabilities, as reflected in the Company's NAV at year end. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
