“In compiling the Annual Report and Financial Statements the directors have used the going concern basis of preparation. The company has positive net assets at 31 December 2024 and the company made a profit before tax in 2024 and forecasts show that it will continue to be profitable. Cash flow forecasts have been prepared and the company expects to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, including restructuring payments and payments to the defined benefit pension scheme. In addition, the company has a facility with the Michelin Group for £50 million.”
