“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has net assets at 31 March 2025 of £4,522,690 (2024: net assets £4,128,004) including cash at bank and in hand of £566,321 (2024: £1,228,603). Turnover increased by 32.7% compared to prior year and the Company had a profit after tax of £1,394,686, up from £977,478 in the prior year. On the basis of the aforementioned forecast and sensitivity testing, the Board has determined that it is reasonable to assume that the Company will continue to operate within the facilities available and will be able to adhere to the covenant tests to which it is subject throughout at least the next twelve-month period from the date of signing the financial statements.”
