“The company has a loss for the year ended 2024 of £4k (2023 loss: £36k) but is still dependent on the ongoing financial support of its ultimate parent company, Schindler Holding AG, Schindler Holding AG has confirmed to the directors of the company that this support will be forthcoming for the foreseeable future, being not less than one year from the date of approval of these financial statements, in order to enable the company to fulfil its financial commitments as and when liabilities fall due. Accordingly, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
