“The Directors have concluded that the Company’s business model assumes that the market risks are not expected to change materially and that the market environment is not expected to materially worsen. They have concluded that the Company will be able to continue in operation and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the period to 16 September 2026, which is at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Having assessed these factors, the Directors consider that the Company will continue to be a going concern.”
