- “The directors acknowledge the risks and uncertainties associated with the UK grid connection reforms (known collectively as the "TMO4+" reforms) which are impacting the wider energy market. Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the Company received the initial results under the TMO4+ review process which confirmed the Gate 2 status for its proposed Project which allows the Company to move forward to a Gate 2 offer and gain a confirmed grid connection date for the Project. The directors therefore do not consider that the TMO4+ reforms will have an adverse impact on the Company, the recoverable value of its fixed assets or the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
