In addition, BUK is reliant on financial support from the ultimate Parent Company and BUK's 2023 financial statements included a material uncertainty related to going concern, which may have a direct impact on BUK's ability to provide required financial support to the Company. As a result, this indicates that a material uncertainty exists which may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and therefore it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
