“At 31 December 2024, the Company had net assets and at 31st December 2023 had net liabilities. The company has net current liabilities of £124,024 (2023: £207,518) and excluding deferred revenue, there is an excess of total assets over current liabilities of £168,435 (2023: £120,635). Fellerim Limited, the entity's ultimate parent, has confirmed to the directors that it will continue to provide financial support to the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements, to allow it to meet its liabilities as they fall due. On this basis, the directors are satisfied that the Company should have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and, for this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
