“The directors have prepared projected cash flow information in excess of 12 months from the date of their approval of these financial statements. The detailed projections demonstrate the company is forecasted to remain cash positive and accordingly the directors believe the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements.”
