“Notwithstanding the net current liabilities of £8,230,344 (2023: £6,725,021), the company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes, show that the company should be able to operate within its current level of funding facilities. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual report and financial statements. The directors have obtained written confirmation from the parent company that sufficient support will be provided to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due, for a period of at least twelve months from the date of the financial statements.”
