The directors have reviewed the Company's current position and are aware that the Company has significant net current liabilities, however given the continued financial support provided by the parent company, NextEnergy Solar Holdings III Limited, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Directors' Report and financial statements.
