“The Directors have reviewed the circumstances of the charity and consider that adequate resources continue to be available to fund the activities of William Simpsons for the foreseeable future. The Directors are of the view that the charity is a going concern. William Simpsons reported a cash inflow of £15,387 from operating activities for the year and have been fully able to meet all bank borrowing covenants. We have seen occupancy levels average 96% throughout the year and see no reason why this should not continue. On this basis, the Directors are of the view that the charity is a going concern and the Financial Statements have been prepared on this basis.”
