“The company provides R&D services for other group entities, and therefore is closely linked to the Group. There has been no significant impact on the activities of other group companies, and accordingly on this company. We acknowledge that due to the nature of operations no detailed budgets or cash flow forecasts are prepared as a part of management processes. However, the Group continues to be in strong financial position and the Director believes that the company will be able to continue its activities for the foreseeable future with no changes to the current service agreement in place. Based on the above, the Director believes that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”
