“At the time of approving the financial statements, the Trustees have reasonable expectations that the charitable company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The surplus in the current year and the positive balance on reserves has been considered and it is the opinion of the Directors that following the end of certain contracts a business model is in place that will allow the Charity to continue to operate subject to existing funding continuing as expected. The losses of previous years were largely as a result of funding loss making counselling contracts through general reserves. Loss making contracts have now ceased and a significant re structuring of the operations of the entity has taken place.”
