“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. At the period end the company had £1,101k (2024: £1,815k) of cash reserves, net current liabilities of £993k (2024: £1,368k assets) and net liabilities of £983k (2024: £1,068 assets). Autodesk Inc, the ultimate parent entity from 21 June 2024, has confirmed it will support the Company should it be needed, for a period covering 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Consequently, the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
