“The directors have considered the appropriateness of preparing the financial statements on a going concern basis and are satisfied that this remains appropriate. Comprehensive cash flow forecasts have been prepared extending to December 2026, considering the company's current trading performance and the potential impact of severe but plausible downside scenarios. These forecasts demonstrate that the company is expected to maintain adequate liquidity and continue to meet its financial obligations as they fall due. After reviewing the company's forecasts, cash position, and available financing facilities, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements continue to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
