The parent has given particular consideration to the risks and uncertainties caused by the continuing uncertain economic and geopolitical environment and have prepared and considered forecast financial information in assessing the potential future impact on the parent and its ability to continue to provide support to The 3173 Company Limited. Thus 3173 Limited has undertaken to provide such financial support as may be necessary for a period of at least one year from the date of signing the financial statements. As such, the directors consider that there are no material uncertainties about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. On this basis the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
