“The company reported a net profit before tax of £21,203,139 (2023: net loss of £1,288,629). The company moved to a net asset position of £2,238,745 (2023:net liabilities of £6,364,394) at the year end 31 December 2024. The improvement in net assets is as a result of dividends received and declared in the year. The company has the continued support from other companies within the group. Hence with the group financial support, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
