“As at 31 December 2024, the company had net current assets of £1,070,462 (2023: £880,469), including cash of £42,020 (2023: £133), net assets of £1,074,669 (2023: £886,315) and reported a profit for the year then ended of £188,354 (2023: £197,991). The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis which they consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The company supplies long term operation and maintenance services on behalf of the ultimate service provider, its parent company, Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor A/S ('BWSC') and is reimbursed by BWSC for any costs incurred under a contracted cost plus a margin arrangement. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. The company's arrangement with BWSC is contracted to continue throughout the forecast period. In making their assessment, the directors have also made enquiries of the current financial position of BWSC. No matters which may reasonably possibly impact the ability of the company to continue as a going concern during the forecast period have been identified from these enquiries.”
