A small increase of 0.35% (95) trips were experienced in 2024/25. ... 1,108 trips were refused due to a lack of operational resources to provide the required journeys to our members.”
- “The Disability Action Transport Scheme (DATS) achieved 1,381 trips in 2024/25, compared to 1,678 trips in 2023/24. This is a reduction of 297 trips (18%). When DATS performance is looked at from the perspective of cancellations and refusals, cancellations has increased from 200 in 2023/24 to 397 in 2024/25. Refusals have increased from 21 to 57 over the same period. The rise in both cancellation and refusal rates are 98.5% and 171%.”
