• “On 18 December 2024, Titan Advisory Holdings Limited announced the acquisition of the entire share capital of IWP Financial Planning Limited, the immediate parent of IWP Newco 1 Limited from IWP Advisory Holdings Limited, subject to regulatory approval. Subsequent to the period end the regulatory approval was granted and upon completion of the acquisition, Titan Wealth will be financially responsible for any liabilities as they fall due. It is intended that, once the remaining deferred consideration has been settled in full, the Company will be wound up on a solvent basis.”
