“Based on this assessment, the directors have concluded that, even in the event of a severe economic downturn leading to a material reduction in loan receipts, the combination of available reserve funds and ongoing cash flows from Borrowers, comprising both interest and principal repayments, is expected to be sufficient to meet the Company's interest obligations on the Notes and to cover its operating expenses for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the annual report and financial statements. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

The Notes are debt securities which entitle the Noteholders to receive periodic interest payments and repayment of principal in accordance with the note issuance facility agreement. The Notes are secured by the Company's rights under the Loan, and the cash flows from the Borrowers' scheduled payments of interest and principal provide the source of funds for servicing the Notes. The Notes were admitted to trading on the Vienna Multilateral Trading Facility ("Vienna MTF"), enabling institutional investors to participate in the transaction.”
