“The Company is a subsidiary of Ylem Group Limited. The parent company has confirmed its intention to support the Company for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements, to the extent required, and, having made enquiries of the parent company directors, the Company directors have no reason to doubt the parent's ability to do so. The directors consider that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future, and so they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025.”
