“The Directors have assessed the risks represented by the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East, and the more challenging UK macroeconomic environment as unlikely to impact the going concern assumption. The Directors confirm the existence of other servicers available to manage the portfolio in the unlikely event that the current servicer, West One Secured Loans Limited, is not able to continue operation in the foreseeable future. Therefore, the Directors consider that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
