“The Company's principal source of liquidity is the available cash pooling arrangement of $1,822,743 as of 20 October 2025. The Company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in the current market conditions, show that the Company will be able to operate with the current levels of cash over the 12 month period from the date of approval of these financial statements as the level of operating expenses is not expected to change significantly from current levels. Based on the factors above, and after making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
