“The directors have considered the appropriateness of the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements of the company for the period ending 31 March 2025. As at 31 March 2025 the company made a loss of £793,941 and had net liabilities of £793,841. The company's immediate parent undertaking, has agreed to provide continuing financial support to the company, for at least twelve months after the date of approval by the directors of the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025. To enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due and as such the directors believe that the company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
