“The Directors have undertaken a going concern assessment including a review of principal and emerging risks. Whilst noting the significant economic uncertainty facing the UK, after making inquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, a period of not less than 12 months from the date of this report. Moreover, the terms of the Notes are limited recourse and therefore the Company is only obliged to repay the Notes to the extent that the Company receives cash from the loan assets. The noteholders will, therefore, ultimately bear the Company's deficits (if any) on maturity of the Notes. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
