“The directors have considered the cash flows for the twelve months from the approval of the financial statements and are satisfied that the Company will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. On this basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for the 12-month going-concern period from the approval of the financial statements to 12 December 2026.
