The Company has obtained a letter of support from Venture Global, Inc., its ultimate parent, confirming that Venture Global, Inc. will provide financial support up through at least 12 May 2026. Forecasts and projections show that Venture Global, Inc. is expected to operate within the level of its current cash reserves and expected net cash flows from operations, with sufficient cash flow to support the Company, through the going concern period. After making inquiries and through discussions with Venture Global, Inc., the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
