“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In applying this basis, the directors have reviewed the projections of cash flows and compliance with banking covenants over the 12 months from the approval of the financial statements and concluded that the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by US$882,000. In addition, an associated company, Lomar Corporation Limited, has undertaken to provide support to enable the Company to meet its obligations as they fall due.”
