“In performing their assessment of going concern, the Directors have considered the plans and forecasts for the Company and believe that there are no material uncertainties which would lead to significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue in business for the foreseeable future. Due to the way in which the securitisation is structured, the Company is only required to repay its Note principal liabilities in line with the principal repayment of the underlying Mortgage Loans. The Directors have taken into consideration the geopolitical and macroeconomic environment, including the impacts from continued high levels of interest rates, inflation, and on-going volatility in the economic environment. This has included modelling different financial plans including, but not limited to, the stress test scenarios published by the Bank of England. This continues to be monitored at a group level and there is not considered to be a material impact on the Company. The Company has significant headroom in order to continue to meet its financial obligations for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Therefore, it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
