“In preparing the financial statements the directors are required to assess the Company's ability to continue to operate as a going concern for the foreseeable future. ... Mandolin Topco Limited has confirmed in writing it will continue to provide financial support to the Company to enable it to meet its outstanding liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months following the approval of the financial statements. As such, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
