“The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements, which indicate continuing profitability. The Directors note that the Company is in a net current liability position of £2.5m (2024 - £4.6m). In assessing the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, the Directors have considered a range of scenarios and concluded that no material uncertainty exists. The Directors also note that Zetron Limited has the ongoing support of its ultimate parent undertaking, Codan Limited, who have confirmed their willingness to support the company for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis”
