The Company sold its vessel in April 2024 and have ceased its shipping activities. The directors intend to liquidate the Company once all outstanding receivables and liabilities have been settled. Based on this, the directors do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The directors have prepared the financial statements on a basis other than going concern. No additional adjustments have been required to the financial statements as a result of them being prepared on a basis other than going concern.
